Life Power Now - for gay men

On the evening of Wednesday, August 27, 2008 the gay men participating in my seminar: "The Call," gathered for our fourth session.

The organization that exists to defeat Prop 8 in November is Equality For All. It is a coalition of GLBT orgs who have come together to work for Equality.

I had the honor on Sunday evening of attending an intimate gathering of the SoCal Yale Association. It just so happens that Justice Carlos R. Moreno is a Yale graduate.

I heard quoted on KPCC’s Airtalk a few weeks ago a 19 year old who was clear that her two mom's right to marry was not about religion or politics, but about love. She was also clear that those who still opposed same-sex marriage would unfortunately, never truly understand love.

Most of us gays and lesbians are elated about our new found legal right to marry. The celebrations have begun all over California.

June 17, 2008 has come and gone. Gay men and lesbians have begun to get married across the state.
